1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of cryptodailywatch.me (the "Site"), operated by its publisher ("we"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site is a free, informational website. It shows a daily summary of the crypto market: prices and market data, a Fear & Greed sentiment index, US spot Bitcoin ETF flows, and headlines from third-party news publishers. It also offers statistical tool pages, such as the Altcoin Season Index, the Bitcoin Rainbow Chart and the Bitcoin DCA Calculator, which describe past prices and are not forecasts. The Bitcoin DCA Calculator shows hypothetical results: what purchases would have been worth at past prices, before taxes and slippage. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We are not a broker, an exchange or a financial adviser. Crypto assets are highly volatile, and you can lose all of the money you put into them. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
4. Accuracy of data
Market figures, sentiment indices, ETF flows and headlines come from third-party providers and are refreshed on a schedule. They can be delayed, incomplete, revised or wrong. We provide them "as is" and do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or up to date.
5. Third-party content and links
Headlines, excerpts, news thumbnails and coin logos belong to their respective publishers, rights holders and owners. The Site links to the original articles and names the publisher of each story. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
If you are a rights holder and want content removed or changed, contact us with a link to the item in question. We will review your request promptly.
6. Data sources and attribution
The Site uses data from third-party providers, including CoinGecko (market data), Bitstamp (the daily Bitcoin price history behind the Bitcoin Rainbow Chart and the Bitcoin DCA Calculator), Alternative.me (Fear & Greed Index) and TFTC (Bitcoin ETF flows, licensed under CC BY 4.0). If you reuse data from the Site, including the CSV export, you must credit the original sources and comply with each provider's own terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in a way that could damage, overload or disrupt it; not to access it by automated means beyond ordinary browsing and the published CSV export without our permission; not to attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits; and not to use the Site or its data for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text and compilation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Site for information. Third-party data and content remain subject to the licences and rights described in sections 5 and 6.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or investments arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Poland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer in your country of residence.
